CUSTOMIZATION & PRODUCTION TIME
All Logan Hollowell Jewelry pieces are made to order and handcrafted in Los Angeles using 100% recycled gold and ethically sourced stones. Because of the meticulous nature of our production process, we ask that customers submit any and all custom requests (such as gemstone preferences, special quarter sizing, etc.) at the time of placing the order. Requests made after production has started may not be accommodated or may incur additional fees and extended production times.
All 14K and 18K LOGAN HOLLOWELL JEWELRY items are made to order and may take up to 20 business to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
Once an order is in production, changes are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at sales@loganhollowell.com immediately if a change is needed. We will do our best to assist within the bounds of feasibility and fairness.
Orders with multiple items will ship once all pieces are complete. If you would like in-stock items to ship separately, we can accommodate this request for an additional shipping fee - please reach out to us with your order number to arrange.
Please email sales@loganhollowell.com if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Please note: custom design projects typically take 6-10 weeks depending on complexity. We will provide a detailed estimate during your consultation.
SHIPPING
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email online@loganhollowell.com. We will do everything we can to help you.
We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. Please see the list below of countries we currently ship to. If your country is on the list and you are still having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@loganhollowell.com.
**NOTE: Russia may NOT allow shipment of jewelry. This will show during the checkout process if we can or cannot ship.**
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting sized by a local jeweler. You can also reference the ring size link on our homepage to see the conversions. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer, as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit…some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them more tight.
**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **
REPAIRS & RESIZING
To initiate a repair or inquire about ring resizing, please email repairs@loganhollowell.com with your order number, date of purchase, and a photo of the item. Repair and resizing fees vary by item and will be quoted accordingly.

Resizing starts at $65, when resizing is possible. Queen ring resizing starts at $95, when resizing is possible. Queen Emerald and Opal ring resizing starts at $130, when resizing is possible.

Not all pieces can be resized due to design constraints — we will advise during your request.

Repairs may take up to 8 weeks depending on complexity and material availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the piece to us unless the issue is covered under warranty.
Note for international customers: At this time, we are unable to accommodate repairs or resizing services outside of the U.S. We recommend working with a trusted local jeweler for minor adjustments.
REPAIR SHIPPING PROTOCOL
When sending a piece in for service:

Include your name, order number, and contact details inside the package.

Package securely in a padded box with tracking and insurance.

Send to the return address provided by our team in your confirmation email.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
WARRANTY
We are proud to offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all Logan Hollowell pieces. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues related to craftsmanship or faulty materials.
The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care. Issues such as broken chains, prongs bent out of shape due to impact, center stone damage, or lost stones due to mishandling are not considered manufacturing defects.
RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS
Logan Hollowell Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
RETURNS
The Logan Hollowell team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email info@loganhollowell.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces (i.e. You Are My Sunshine) cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.
