The custom design process at Logan Hollowell is a private collaboration between artist and patron. We work alongside you from the first conversation to the final reveal — sourcing rare stones, sketching concepts by hand, and fabricating entirely in-house at our Beverly Hills atelier. The result is something the world has never seen before, and never will again.

Your words become sketches. Our designer renders each concept by hand, exploring scale, silhouette, and the relationship between metal and stone until something stops you. You guide us toward the version that feels like it could never have been anything else.

Stone Selection
We travel to the stone markets of Geneva, Jaipur, and New York searching for the ones that stop us in our tracks. Not every stone makes it. The ones that do are presented to you with full provenance, certification, and our personal recommendation. You will know the one when you see it.

The Model
Before a single gram of metal is poured, you hold the piece in your hand. A precise wax model or digital CAD rendering is crafted for your approval first, because nothing moves forward until every proportion, every angle, every surface feels exactly right.

The Making
Your piece is hand-fabricated entirely in our Beverly Hills atelier by a single master goldsmith who owns every stage of the process from casting to stone-setting to the final polish.

The Reveal
Your piece arrives in our signature presentation, provenance documentation, and a handwritten letter from Logan herself.

Every metal and stone that enters our atelier is ethically sourced and of verifiable origin. We work exclusively with 18k recycled gold, conflict-free diamonds, and gemstones chosen as much for the energy they carry as for their beauty. What we build with matters as much as what we build.

Rare diamonds and gemstones are sourced and presented for your selection.

Master goldsmiths bring the approved design to life in 18k gold.

Everything You Need to Know
From first consultation to final delivery, most bespoke commissions take between 10 and 16 weeks. The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the sourcing requirements for your chosen stones. We will give you a precise timeline during your initial consultation.
Our bespoke commissions begin at $5,000. The final investment depends on the materials selected, the complexity of the design, and the time required for fabrication. We are always transparent about pricing before any work begins.
Yes. Many of our clients come to us with heirloom stones or existing pieces they wish to reimagine. We are experienced in working with client-supplied materials and treat each stone with the utmost care and respect.
An in-person visit to our Beverly Hills or New York atelier is our preferred way to begin - it allows us to understand you fully, and for you to experience our work firsthand. However, we do work with clients remotely and internationally, conducting consultations via private video appointment.
